Antonietta brings over 25 years of Real Estate Law experience. She has worked with many lenders, banks, buyers, sellers, brokers, builders and developers of Real Estate for many years .
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Bentley University in Waltham. There she was a member of the writing club and the commuter society. While maintaining a full class schedule, she also worked part-time at Cahner’s Publishing company in Newton. Upon graduation she entered the work force at a large fortune 500 company working in their finance and accounting department. She then continued her studies at Massachusetts School of Law to obtain her JD in Law with Dean list acknowledgement in 2001. She began her Real Estate Law work at various Law Offices thorough out the Boston area. After obtaining experience she opened her own Law Office in Woburn Massachusetts. She continued her Real Estate Law work and added Estate Planning in her practice.
Antonietta is experienced in the closing process by paying close attention to detail from the inception of real estate transactions. She is proficient in drafting and reviewing Purchase and Sale agreements with addendums, negotiating purchase contracts, reviewing titles proficiently and having conducted thousands of real estate transactions. She is a resident of Newbury where she resides with her family.
